The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the parliament should adopt in the second reading and in entirety the bill to amend several laws of Ukraine (re improvement of laws on protection of economic competition)

The primary purpose of the bill (Reg. No. 10184) is to improve the procedure, whereby the economic entities dealing in the regional product markets obtain the conclusions in the form of recommendatory interpretation of conformity of their actions to articles 6, 10 and 13 of the Law "On protection of economic competition" and article 151 of the Law "On protection from unfair competition."
